Jerry`s Restaurant in Safford

It is an absolute joy to eat somewhere, that you actually get salt & pepper shakers and real ketchup and mustard containers. I asked the waitress how they can do this during this virus scare and she replied " we sanitize them after every use ". What a remarkable achievement, they just sanitize them after every use, who would have thought of that ? Instead of getting all your condiments in little small plastic cups, and the food was excellent and we also got a menu not a piece of paper . I recommend you try Jerry's Restaurant right away and forget that other place, see I already forgot their name !!!

It has that small town vibe i grew up with and miss so much...the restaurant and i have the same name and were born the same year!!!!

Came highly recommended by a friend, and boy was he right. Excellent food, great service and reasonable prices.

Service was great! Good atmosphere. Food could be better. Both pancakes and the biscuit tasted like they had too much baking soda.

Food is always good service kinda sucks but you still get your food and drinks

We are new to the area and are trying out different restaurants around us. I have managed, worked and ate at many restaurants in my life time and this was a very bad experience. When we first walked in there was only ONE person on staff to be seen. No waitresses, no cooks, no one except the one gal behind the register checking people out looking all around her to find her other staff members. We waited at least 15 minutes before we got menus or any greeting. The food was pretty awful but I do not have room to explain it all. I am the type of person to give a place at least a couple trys before I write them off.. this visit is close to our not returning. I hope our next stop is better.

Oh my goodness! My boyfriend and I went to this place a few months ago, and absolutely loved it! Our waitress was so kind and we didn’t even have to ask for refills, they just kept coming. The food was great and warm and the place just has a small town diner sorta vibe. This is definitely the best place to eat in town.

I usually like Jerry's, but today the red hair waitress was super rude.

Great coffee, atmosphere, and service. Steve goes out of his way to make sure your coffee cup stays full and hot and that you're always taken care of.

Love the New York strip special, the cooks know what medium rare is, that alone is refreshing. Yolanda, Steve and the gang all know what service is and do a great job. Visited 5/14/2018 and my 66 burger patty was 2/3 the size of my bun and almost burned- what happened? We have always gotten large great burgers here until today.😯

If I come to safford again to this restaurant and it's better, then I will change my review. Only thing that was good was the service. The cooks on Sunday were awful, they need to be fired or retrained.

There was nothing bad to say about my experiences here but it wasn't anything special either. Decent food at a decent price without much else going on.

Very good food, good price, friendly staff, staff was all wearing masks, AND using hand sanitizer. Would defanitly go again

Nice food, good coffee

I live that this little frozen in time diner is still here and my parents love it here. It definitely felt like I stepped back in time when we sat down. The service was good and all the staff was friendly.

Bad service, flies kept bothering us and the food was cold, soggy fries and no flavor to the overcooked hamburger💦. Will NOT go there again or recommend it to anyone!

Great honestyle food

It's not an regular staple but nice to go to every once in a while. I love the small town restaurant vibes. The food is pretty decent but the service could have been better (we were given the wrong meals and not a complete meal once it did come out) and the AC has been out for some time now.

InconsistentSometimes Jerry’s is among the best food in town, sometimes it’s just ok. Sometimes portions are large, sometimes there’s barely anything on your plate. Service is almost always great though.Last time I tried to eat there I was calling for curbside pickup by the line was busy for 15 mins. When I drove by the place was almost empty.I’d love to eat here more often, but it’s just not consistently good enough food.

Perfect comfort diner food, no frills or gemicks. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Great service, good food, fast as well

Good food, good service. ....but the portion is small. Ordered two omelettes and received scrambled eggs with the omelette ingredients cooked in.....the cook had to be told to cook our food after about 10 minutes of our order ticket sitting there.....all in all good place but the cook could probably care a bit more???

Our favorite place to eat in Safford. Breakfast is spectacular, lunches are good, dinners are not my favorite, but depends on the night and time. Service has always been great even when they are super busy on Sundays and when they are training new staff. Being new in Safford (and seniors) we eat out a few times a week, and Jerry’s is the best in town!

Loved my sandwich and onion rings. The service was great.

I give it 3 ⭐⭐⭐ because it reminded me of the restaurant I worked at for 12 years...service was good, plates were dirty and food had a weird taste to it.

Took forever to get good, missed half our order and never brought it

It's new year's day and I totally understand being busy. We've never had a problem before today. We sat down, and our table hadn't been cleared. So we waited and waited for about 30 minutes I did motion the waitress that was serving the table next to ours and she simply ignored me. So we waited about 10 minutes before we left. I'm very dissatisfied with the waitress.

Average. No frills. Weak coffee. Very nice service.

Unfortunitly, my latest visit to Jerry's was not up to par. My favorite sandwich is their Ruben. What makes Jerry's Ruben sandwich unique is when prepared properly they chop the corned beef with the saurkraut together. I even ask the waitress to tell the cook about this. When we received our order the corned beef was not chopped up with the saurkraut but was so tough it was almost inedible. I choked down a couple of bites before giving up. I did take home the remainder because my dog would appreciate it none the less..

I love Jerry's a lot. Its a place that reminds me of restaurants back home, but better. It has a homey atmosphere and the workers are all very friendly. Their fries are delicious!

Had a great Breakfast ... first time here. Visiting from Wisconsin.

I love their chicken fried steak and the sampler platter.

Surprisingly good diner food with a nice view of the mountains. Milk shake was touted as old fashioned, but tasted soft serve to me.

I left before ordering. Seats were dirty and table sticky. When I told the waitress she was insulting plus gave me dirty looks. I have never experienced such treatment before. I will never, not ever, be back! Now enjoying a pizza at R/R Pizza Express.

I love the diner Enviroment. You get slot of food for your money. I highly recommend this place
